HONEYWELL AND JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT ROMANIA PREPARE YOUTH FOR THE
TECH JOBS OF THE FUTURE
Honeywell and Junior Achievement (JA) Romania conclude the fourth edition of the
Skills for Tech Jobs project, which saw more than 800 students from over 36 high
schools participating with their teachers in career guidance activities throughout 2024.
24 Honeywell volunteers joined the initiative and volunteered over 120 hours to support
educational activities in high schools across 5 different cities in the country, both in
physical and online formats, as well as through a Job Shadowing session held at the
company’s headquarters.

GIRLS IN FORESTRY, A PROJECT ENCOURAGING YOUNG GIRLS TO PURSUE A
CAREER IN FORESTRY, CONTINUES THIS YEAR IN THE COUNTIES OF NEAMT, IASI,
SUCEAVA AND VRANCEA
Junior Achievement (JA) Romania and Ingka Investments Romania have launched the
second edition of the Girls in Forestry project, created to cultivate the interest of female
students in forestry professions and to encourage girls to pursue a career in this field.
