University Leadership Program (SEED Romania – Success in Entrepreneurship
Ecosystem Development Program) is an initiative that aims to support leaders of
universities focused on entrepreneurship programs by providing practical insights
to help stimulate growth and add value to the institutions they lead.
Over three years, the program will involve around 20 Romanian universities, cre-
ating a professional network of university leaders who will be better prepared to
make the changes needed to provide future students with the skills required to
meet the demands of the future labour market.
The program consists of two modules, supported by leading American universities:
the first module, Babson College Entrepreneurial Leadership Bootcamp, followed by
the Harvard University Leadership Program.
