Skills for Success
in Career and Businesscareer
guidance
A career guidance and entrepreneurship consultancy project for young people aged
16-24, which aims to develop key skills for career success and foster entrepreneurial
qualities needed to succeed in business.
The project has four components:
•
classroom program – implemented by teachers selected and trained by Junior
Achievement (JA) Romania;
•
webinars for students – focusing on entrepreneurship and elements that ease
labor market integration;
•
debate format sessions – Young people ask, professionals answer, where
volunteers become role models for students, share their experience with
students and answer questions about specific jobs in different fields;
•
Innovation Camp – workshop during which students are challenged to come up
with innovative solutions.
