Skills for Tech Jobscareer
guidance
Skills for Tech Jobs is a career guidance project for middle and high school stu-
dents. It was developed as part of the Junior Achievement Success Skills interna-
tional program and includes a specially designed educational module for hybrid
lessons – Jobs in Tech –, consulting and mentoring activities organized with the
support of Honeywell volunteers and online job shadowing sessions for different
professions in the company’s field of activity.
Through learning, consultancy and practical experience activities, the project
supports teachers in their educational quest to provide young people with in-depth
information about the technical and professional skills they need to succeed in the
world of technology.
