Your Professional Successcareer
guidance
Your Professional Success is a career guidance project aimed at high school stu-
dents. Starting with the 2020-2021 school year, it is developed and implemented
by Junior Achievement Romania with the support of Nestlé Romania and creates
an educational context that allows students to acquire a clearer vision of the future
profession and the steps they should take to outline a professional career.
The objective of the project is to contribute to the development of students’ knowl-
edge and to the practice of life skills suitable for making informed decisions for the
future.
Learning by doing and project-based educational activities, based on dialogue and
case studies, personal development and career guidance webinars, as well as
job-shadowing activities facilitate the direct interaction of students with company
volunteers and prepare them for entering a constantly changing labor market.
