JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT ROMANIA ORGANIZED A LAUNCH EVENT FOR THE ARRIVE
EUROPEAN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM, FUNDED BY THE CITI FOUNDATION
On December 11, Junior Achievement (JA) Romania brought together relevant national
and international stakeholders from the education and business sectors at the University
of Bucharest, for a hybrid educational event to officially mark the launch of the ARRIVE
(Advance Retail Readiness in Vocational Education) program, funded by the Citi
Foundation.

INNOVATION CAMP – A HANDS-ON INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
EXPERIENCE FOR STUDENTS
As part of the JA Entrepreneurial University program, supported by the Romanian-
American Foundation, Junior Achievement Romania organized in December an
Innovation Camp™ workshop for young people from universities in Bucharest, Pitesti,
and Targoviste, attended by 59 students. The event was designed as a hands-on
learning experience, during which participants worked in teams to identify real-world
community problems and propose innovative solutions with social impact, developed in
the form of a startup pilot.
