6 YEARS OF GIRLS GO CIRCULAR IN ROMANIA: OVER 20,000 FEMALE STUDENTS
HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE EUROPEAN LEARNING PROGRAM
After 6 years and 8 implementation cycles, the European Girls Go Circular project (now
Girls Go STEM), developed by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT)
and implemented by JA Romania, has come to an end. Between 2020 and 2025, over
30,000 students, including 20,000 girls, from all counties across the country completed
the program, acquiring key competencies in the circular economy, as well as digital and
entrepreneurial skills.

DAYS LEFT UNTIL THE FINALISTS ARE ANNOUNCED!
Throughout the competition stages, students and teachers have been actively involved,
working consistently and refining their ideas step by step. We are currently preparing for
the semifinal stage, which features the top 20 teams.
