THE IMPACT OF THE AI FOR YOUTH PROJECT: BUILDING DIGITAL SKILLS AMONG
YOUNG PEOPLE IN ROMANIA
The AI for Youth Project, implemented by JA Romania with the support of EIT Food
and EIT Tech Talent, facilitated access for students and teachers to applied educational
resources in the field of artificial intelligence. The program aimed to develop algorith-
mic thinking and the digital skills necessary to adapt to the new demands of the labor
market.
Here are the results of this edition: 6,900 students involved in the learning process; 575
AI projects developed; 44 teachers mentored and trained; 4 startups launched.

MARCH 8 – INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
For each student, they are the quiet architects of confidence, the courage to speak in
front of a class, and the discipline to see a project through to the end. In Samsung Solve
for Tomorrow, female teachers teach students to turn an idea into a solution and to use
technology responsibly and meaningfully.
On March 8, we thank them for their rigor, balance, and the way they shape generations
ready to change the world around them.
