KRUK ROMANIA AND JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT ARE LAUNCHING THE NINTH EDITION
OF THE SMART CREDITS™ NATIONAL FINANCIAL EDUCATION PROJECT
KRUK Romania and Junior Achievement are launching the ninth edition of the national
Smart Credits™ project, a financial education initiative through which 1,500 high
school students across the country participate in applied learning experiences designed
to help them better understand money and credit management and to develop the skills
to make informed decisions about their personal finances.

JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT ROMANIA, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HOLCIM ROMANIA, IS
CONTINUING ITS CAREER GUIDANCE SESSIONS FOR PARENTS IN ARGES, BUZAU,
AND VRANCEA COUNTIES
Nine schools in the counties of Arges, Buzau, and Vrancea participated in workshop-
style informational activities this past March, during which over 110 parents completed
exercises focused on identifying and becoming aware of their children’s skills and
interests. At the same time, parents were introduced to the opportunities and benefits
young people can gain by continuing their education, particularly at technical high
schools in their communities.
