THE THIRD EDITION OF THE SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE – AGILE MINDSET PROJECT
CONCLUDED WITH A PRESENTATION OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PROPOSED BY
STUDENTS FROM FIVE HIGH SCHOOLS IN BUCHAREST
After 500 hours of hands-on learning and mentoring, the five finalist teams presented
the digital solutions they developed using the Agile methodology. First place went to the
FinNOVA team (Alexandru Ioan Cuza Theoretical High School), with an AI-based platform
dedicated to financial planning for high school students.

GOODYEAR MENTORING ACTIVITY: FIVE SESSIONS FOR STUDENTS IN THE JA
BIZZFACTORY™ NATIONAL INCUBATOR
Student teams from the JA BizzFactory™ National Incubator recently received expert
guidance from Goodyear specialists during five mentoring sessions on business project
development. These meetings focused on analyzing business plans and sharing best
practices from the professional world. With the support of Goodyear mentors, the
program fosters constructive dialogue between youth and experts, playing a key role in
the practical training of future entrepreneurs.
