entrepreneurship education 45 teachers University Leadership Program 9 universities 6 localities University Leadership Program is an initiative that aims to support leaders of univer- sities focused on entrepreneurship programs by providing practical insights to help stimulate growth and add value to the institutions they lead. Over three years, the program involved over 20 Romanian universities, creating a professional network of university leaders who will be better prepared to make the changes needed to provide future students with the skills required to meet the demands of the future labour market. The program consisted of two modules, supported by leading American universi- ties: Babson College Entrepreneurial Leadership Bootcamp and the Harvard Univer- sity Leadership Program.
