JA BizzFactory™ Incubator 1,961 students 116 teachers 109 schools 61 localities JA BizzFactory™ Incubatorentrepreneurship education As part of the Junior Achievement entrepreneurship education program, professionals from partner companies provide advice and feedback to young entrepreneurs, helping them launch their business ideas in the JA BizzFactory™ Incubator. Students learn how to improve their business plans, enhance their online presentation skills, and use social media to build a professional network. Volunteers offer consultancy during entrepreneurship competitions and the JA BizzFactory™ Incubator, with companies also participating in the Gen-E Entrepreneurship Competition national finals. Most participants agree that their experience in the incubator has helped them think more critically, become more future-oriented, understand the long-term impact of their actions, and collaborate more effectively as a team.
