REAL EXPERIENCES FOR CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT ORACLE HEADQUARTERS
Real experiences for career opportunities for 22 students from Mihai Viteazul National
High School in Bucharest, at Oracle headquarters. Through the international JA Job
Shadow format, young people discovered jobs in different departments, the skills
required, specific responsibilities, as well as opportunities for professional development.
The activity involved 17 volunteers from Oracle Romania, who shared their experiences
and answered questions raised by the students, helping them to gain a clearer vision
of their career options.

A NEW INNOVATION DAY EVENT ORGANIZED WITHIN THE RE-POWER YOUR FUTURE
PROJECT, WITH THE SUPPORT OF UNICREDIT FOUNDATION
On November 18th, in Cluj-Napoca, we continued the series of events within the RE-
POWER your future project, developed with the support of UniCredit Foundation and Uni-
Credit Bank. The event, organized in the international JA Innovation Day format, brought
together 40 students from four high schools in Cluj and Bistrita-Nasaud counties.
The RE-POWER your future project is implemented by Junior Achievement in 10 Euro-
pean countries to support youth in avoiding school drop-out, by promoting equal access
to education and the development of skills for a better future.
