17 STUDENTS FROM ION CREANGA NATIONAL COLLEGE IN BUCHAREST TOOK
PART IN A JOB SHADOW ACTIVITY AT HONEYWELL ROMANIA HEADQUARTERS
In November, 17 students from Ion Creanga National College in Bucharest attended a
Job Shadow activity hosted by Honeywell Romania, as part of the Skills for Tech Jobs
project.
Students learned how to create a clear and relevant CV and discovered strategies to
highlight their strengths in interviews. The experience also included a visit to Honeywell’s
labs, where they discovered advanced technologies for security systems, surveillance
cameras, industrial scanners and automation solutions, understanding their applicability
in various industries.

My Financial Mission game helps middle-school students discover complex concepts
such as financial management, online security or the role of banks, and practice making
decisions to manage, use and keep money safe. Developed on the Minecraft Education
platform, the game is an edutainment tool that complements traditional lessons, offers
age-appropriate learning and can add knowledge and fun to students’ vacations.
