A YEAR OF IMPACT THROUGH JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS
In 2024, Junior Achievement Romania helped young people develop essential life
skills and knowledge through programs and projects of entrepreneurship education,
economic and financial education, career guidance, life skills development, digital and
STEM skills, responsibility and environment. We hope to make an even bigger impact
this year that has just begun!
THE FIRST EDITION OF THE PERSONAL AND BUSINESS FINANCIAL SKILLS
INTERNATIONAL PROJECT, RUN BY JA ROMANIA IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VOLVO
FINANCIAL SERVICES, HAS COME TO AN END
The first edition of the Personal and Business Financial Skills project, run with the
support of Volvo Financial Services, has come to an end. During the program, more than
570 students from 18 high schools in Bucharest and across the country had free access
to a financial education module for hybrid learning.
The activities helped students to understand the basics of accessing and managing
financial services responsibly and to recognize the potential risks of managing personal
finances.
