THE THIRD EDITION OF THE UNIVERSITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM BROUGHT
TOGETHER IN TIMISOARA 42 PARTICIPANTS FROM 7 UNIVERSITIES
The third edition of the University Leadership Program brought together in Timisoara
experts from Harvard University and 42 participants from 7 universities, who had the
opportunity to learn and exchange best practices on leadership and entrepreneurship.
The Romanian-American Foundation (RAF) has supported the implementation of the
program since 2022, and over time business sponsors have joined each edition.

BUCHAREST HIGH SCHOOLS, WITH THE SUPPORT OF DB GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY
MENTORS
The first stage of the Skills for the Future – Agile Mindset project has successfully come
to an end, bringing together 150 high school students who participated in approximately
200 hours of workshops and mentoring sessions dedicated to developing students’
technical and interpersonal skills, preparing them for the demands of the future labor
market. By using the Agile methodology in technical projects, students created real
solutions for a need identified in their community.
