THE JOB SHADOW EXPERIENCE AT ORACLE HEADQUARTERS REACHED 34
STUDENTS FROM BUCHAREST AND BRASOV
In March, 34 students from Tudor Vianu National College of Computer Science in Bucha-
rest and Andrei Saguna National College in Brasov took part in a Job Shadow experi-
ence at Oracle’s headquarters in the two cities. High school students learned valuable
information about the different roles of Oracle employees, who mentored them for a day.
Young people could ask questions, discover what skills and abilities they need for the
various positions, and learned about organizational culture.

In March, the ABCs for future professionals project reached eight schools in Arges and
Vrancea counties, with information and workshop activities specifically addressed to
parents whose children are in transition to high school.
