JA INNOVATION DAYS: INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN ROMANIAN
AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOLS
The JA AgriSchool Plus education project, funded by the Romanian-American
Foundation, resulted in a series of successful Innovation Day™ workshops, where over
200 students passionate about agriculture and technology from 12 agricultural high
schools explored innovative ideas for the future of this sector.

GEN-E 2025 NATIONAL SEMIFINALS: BUSINESS IDEAS DEVELOPED BY SCHOOL
AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY
More than 70 teams of school and university students attended, on May 14-15, the
GEN-E 2025 national semifinals, where they presented their business ideas to Junior
Achievement Romania. Following this stage, the qualified teams will move on to the
national finals, scheduled for May 27 in Bucharest. Until then, they will also have the
opportunity to take part in the Virtual Expo, an international online event taking place on
May 21, giving them European visibility and the chance to win special prizes.
