FINANCIAL LITERACY AND ADOPTING A BALANCED LIFESTYLE, THROUGH THE
INTERNATIONAL LIFE CHANGER PROGRAM
In March, Metropolitan Life volunteers completed over 130 volunteer hours in Bucharest,
helping to enrich learning opportunities for students and supporting initiatives aimed at
improving the educational environment. Through their active participation, they have
strengthened Metropolitan Life’s community commitment, supporting projects focused
on upgrading learning spaces, setting up themed laboratories and promoting education.
Volunteers also answered students’ questions about securing a financial future, skills
development and how to make conscious career and life choices.

THINKING AND DIGITAL INNOVATION MEAN IN THE SECOND EDITION OF SKILLS
FOR THE FUTURE – AGILE MINDSET
After 600 hours of applied learning, mentoring sessions and teamwork, the five finalist
teams presented the digital solutions developed during the program at the Skills for the
Future - Agile IRL Highschool Cup 2025. The event was a validation stage for the young
people’s work, but also an opportunity to experience what it means to build a digital
