challenges of the world we live in. Ju-
nior Achievement Romania’s (JA Roma-
nia) established educational programs
and projects, with their innovative ap-
proach, have as main objectives to de-
velop young people’s abilities and skills
for an ever-changing environment and
to encourage or develop their entrepre-
neurial and leadership spirit, to meet
the new needs of the labour market.

critical thinking and teamwork are just
some of JA Romania’s initiatives to help create the essential skills required to have
successful careers and to be responsible and active members of society.
JA Romania’s board has a fundamental role in guiding and supporting the organi-
zation, in elaborating and monitoring its strategy, in participating in the main ac-
tions and events of the association. As a board member, I have the opportunity to
influence the future of education, to support and actively contribute to the creation
of a generation of better prepared young people. The future of society is built on
education, and JA Romania is an example worth following, as through its actions it
contributes significantly to the future of the country.”
