“The most important skills that a leader
should develop today, given the chal-
lenges posed by the economic context
and technological advancement in re-
cent years, are: adaptability, the cour-
age to reinvent oneself, the curiosity
to learn more, the passion to do things
well and the desire to innovate. And
such skills can be gradually developed
by students from an early age, through
practical activities and by engaging in
different learning experiences brought
to Romanian schools through Junior
Achievement Romania programs.
BOARD MEMBER
It is essential that the education system
does not focus solely on the theoretical
side, but is based on a curriculum adapted to the needs of the labour market. As
a member of the JA board, I support education and endeavours that help children,
young people and teachers to grow and contribute to changing their own future, the
future of their community and, why not, the future of the entire country.“
