education
This initiative, developed by Junior Achievement Europe in collaboration with NN
Group, expands Junior Achievement’s efforts to support under-resourced youth by
creating innovative, experiential educational programs. It aims to build sustainable
local ecosystems that foster inclusive economic growth and opportunity.
The program empowers young people to:
•
Explore entrepreneurship and make informed decisions about their career
paths;
•
Build essential skills, mindsets, and competencies for the future of work;
•
Apply what they’ve learned in real-world contexts – whether starting a business,
entering the workforce, or pursuing self-employment.
Educators are also supported through comprehensive training and high-quality
resources, including orientation sessions, career education tools, and ongoing
professional development. Youth benefit from tailored learning programs, career
counselling, and mentorship opportunities for their business ideas through
Innovation CampTM workshop, BizzFactory Incubator and Gen-E Competition, and
also through Job Shadow Day experience, designed to help them succeed in an
evolving economy.
