Skills for the Future
– Agile Mindsetdigital and
STEM skills
Skills for the Future – Agile Mindset is a project developed for high school students
and aims to train the skills required for using the Agile methodology and to foster
creativity and teamwork.
In 2024, the Skills for the Future – Agile Mindset project is piloted in six high
schools across Bucharest and aims to engage 180 11th grade students, passionate
about math and sciences, in a series of workshops where they learn to develop
creative solutions using Agile principles.
The project includes a series of 3 workshops that combine the work experience and
training in the use of Agile principles of DB Global Technology volunteers with Junior
Achievement’s international applied learning formats.
