FEBRUARY 10 FEBRUARY 12 THE THIRD EDITION OF ABCs FOR FUTURE PROFESSIONALS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM CONTINUES FOR STUDENTS IN ARGES, BUZAU, AND VRANCEA COUNTIES The ABCs for Future Professionals educational project, implemented by Junior Achievement (JA) Romania with the support of Holcim Romania, continues with its third edition. The project aims to motivate students transitioning from middle schools to high schools to continue their educational journey toward vocational and technical education, while also including an information and counseling component for parents. Partner: Holcim WITH ENTHUSIASM AND CREATIVITY, THE YOUNG PARTICIPANTS IN THE INNOVATION DAY WORKSHOP LAUNCHED SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, SUPPORTED BY VOLUNTEERS FROM THE SOCIETE GENERALE GLOBAL SOLUTION CENTRE Young people proposed creative and practical solutions for recycling: from smart apps with rewards (Wasteless App, Rewards, The New Green, ReciciSmart, Green7/GreenZ), gamified systems with AI and QR codes, to SMART devices that exchange PET bottles for transport tickets (SMART RECYCLING), upcycling workshops in high schools (ECO CREATIVE), and interactive lessons with AI (The Green Class) – all aimed at increasing motivation, reducing pollution, and engaging young people in sustainability.
