JUNE 12 JUNE 12 VOLUNTEERS FROM THE BUCHAREST MEDICAL STUDENTS’ SOCIETY (SSMB) ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE “HEALTHY EATING. SPORTS. PREVENTION” PROGRAM, ORGANIZED BY JA ROMANIA AND ASTRAZENECA Over 450 high school students from 20 towns (predominantly from rural and underserved communities) took part in interactive online webinars led by volunteers from the Bucharest Medical Students’ Society (SSMB), students at the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy. ABC Health - Healthy Eating. Sports. Prevention is part of the international Young Health Program, supported by AstraZeneca in over 20 countries to inspire healthy lifestyles among youth. The initiative has been active in Romania since 2012. Partner: AstraZeneca TEAM ALGEBO.AI WON THE EUROPEN MARKET EXPANSION AWARD AT THE GEN-E COMPETITION The Algebo.ai educational platform won the EUROPEN Market Expansion Award, earning recognition as the startup with the greatest potential for expansion in Europe. The app uses artificial intelligence and game mechanics to transform high school math graduation exam preparation into an interactive experience.
