AUGUST 5 AUGUST 6 3,308 STUDENTS DEVELOPED THEIR FINANCIAL SKILLS THROUGH THE “MONEY SENSE” PROJECT, SUPPORTED BY ASIROM AND JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT ROMANIA Guided by 143 teachers across 140 schools and 101 communities, more than 3,300 middle school students sharpened their financial literacy skills this year through the Money Sense project, supported by Asirom. Through interactive activities, real-life case studies, and digital learning tools, students explored essential habits around budgeting, saving, and making sound financial decisions. Marking the fifth anniversary of the partnership between Asirom and Junior Achievement Romania, the initiative has now empowered over 17,000 students nationwide since its inception. Partner: Asirom Vienna Insurance Group MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF IMPACT, INNOVATION, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOLS! 10 years of implementation of the „Growing through Agricultural Education” program, an initiative supported by the Romanian American Foundation, have been celebrated by teachers and JA Romania’s consortium partners Civitas Foundation, CRPE and World Vision, during the Summer School 2026 event. Junior Achievement Romania held a series of workshops on the theme „Entrepreneurial School”, focused on developing entrepreneurial spirit and thinking. The event was also an opportunity to reflect on the results achieved in the last years of implementation and to present to the participants the initiatives proposed for the next period.
