6,100 182 182 114 students teachers schools localities life skills development Health Hour Health Hour is a project dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting the wellbeing of primary school students, developed with the support of the Regina Maria Health Network. The applied learning activities help students form healthy habits and a personal understanding of the concept of balanced living. The project offers 24 educational materials, structured by age groups (6-8 and 9-10 year olds) and based on key themes: exercise, nutrition, hygiene and prevention. The educational kit includes guides for teachers and worksheets for students, promoting an integrated and practical approach to health education. A new component of the project is the launch of the Medical Caravan, an initiative carried out with the support of volunteer doctors, through which primary and lower secondary school students from vulnerable communities benefit from free specialized medical services.
