Skills for the Future
– Agile Mindsetdigital and
STEM skills
Skills for the Future – Agile Mindset is a project dedicated to high school students
that focuses on building skills for applying Agile methodology while stimulating
creativity and teamwork capacity.
Developed in partnership with DB Global Technology, Deutsche Bank’s technology
center in Bucharest, the project is entering its third edition in 2026.
The program invites high school students from Bucharest interested in technology
and innovation to register online via a dedicated form. It offers participants a unique
opportunity to develop their digital skills, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration
competencies by learning how to operate effectively within agile teams.
