For me, the Skills Upload Jr. Challenge was a unique experience. An experience that taught me
how to improve myself from one stage to the next and how to deliver a free speech. It was challeng-
ing because our desire to succeed and have a very good product was high. All in all, the competition
was an experience that left me pleasantly surprised by the way we were treated and helped to
develop our project.

The Skills for the Future project is beneficial for high school students as it helps them to develop
a set of knowledge and skills they need for a smoother integration into the labour market. The
activities encouraged their creativity and helped to highlight the importance of working together as
part of a team. The volunteers explained Agile concepts and helped students develop the project,
becoming part of the team.

I found Skills for the Future a very interesting project. It helped me to learn new things about
myself and how to work better in a team. It was a mind-opening experience, that encouraged me to
get out of my comfort zone. I would like to participate in more such editions.

Implementing the WiSTEM²D project in my classroom has been a truly valuable experience. The
activities proposed were interactive, practical and age-appropriate, sparking the children’s curiosity
and desire to learn new things. The students enthusiastically discovered STEM principles, while de-
veloping their logical thinking, creativity and teamwork skills. The most important aspect was turning
learning into an engaging adventure where children felt confident, active and valued. The program
helped not only to develop digital skills, but also to increase motivation for learning and openness to
technical, scientific and innovative fields. For my students, the most interesting activity was “Building
with Wonderful Junk“. The children were really interested and worked as a team to build and find the
most “interesting” junk. Thank you for the opportunity to grow through learning!

I found the activity delivered by the WiSTEM²D volunteer really interesting and useful. I liked the fact
that we didn’t just focus on STEM information, but we also received general advice about life, per-
sonal development and how to make better choices for the future. The presentation was interactive
and friendly – I felt that I could ask questions at any time and that my opinion mattered. It was an
experience that encouraged me to learn more about careers in this field.
