By taking part in the Health Hour activities, students were able to understand the importance of a
balanced lifestyle. Through games, discussions and practical exercises, they discovered the benefits
of healthy eating, the importance of personal hygiene and how recreational activities can contrib-
ute to their development. They also explored relationships with those around them, learning about
empathy, respect and cooperation, and discovered strategies for organizing their time to maintain
a balance between learning, playing and resting. These interactive experiences provided them with
the opportunity to develop healthy habits and essential skills for everyday life.

The Health. Active Life materials were interesting, student-centered, with easy to understand and
practical information. The workbook the students received as a gift was colorful, the worksheets
engaging, and I really enjoyed working through the lessons. The topics proposed helped children
become more responsible for their lives, their health and to understand the importance of insurance.

Taking part in the Health. Active Life project has been a valuable experience, marked by constant
guidance and effective focus on the learning process and practical skills training. The consultants
were open and understanding, spoke in a warm and friendly manner, which favored the active in-
volvement of the students in the challenging activities.

The AI for Youth trainers were well well-prepared, showed great expertise and managed to create
an open and interactive environment. The resources provided (presentations, worksheets, practical
examples) were relevant, helpful, and easy to use. Interactive activities, case studies and teamwork
added significantly to the understanding of the concepts.

The AI for Youth project content was presented in a logical and easy-to-follow way, which made it
easier to understand and absorb the content. The resources provided were relevant, well-document-
ed and effectively supported the learning process.
It would be helpful to devote more time to practical applications, so that participants could better
exercise and strengthen the knowledge acquired.
