Learn™ educational platform and all JA educational packages – from classroom materials, training,
consultancy and assessments to participation in national and international projects and competitions.
The national and international JA contents can be delivered in the classroom as an optional subject
(school-based/locally adapted curriculum) or in another form of implementation (extracurricular,
ancillary/complementary to another subject, in educational classes or in the School after School,
Alternative School and Green Week programs).
Through applied learning and project-based activities and the direct involvement of business
volunteers in the educational process, JA brings school closer to life and economic reality, helping
young people to acquire a range of skills and knowledge they need for personal and professional
development.
Irrespective of the subject they teach, this school year, teachers may opt to enrol in JA programs
and projects related to the following subjects:
n Entrepreneurship education – school and university students are encouraged to develop an
entrepreneurial mindset, which helps them to become innovative, take risks, accept challenges
and seek creative solutions, regardless of whether they start a business or work as employees.
n Economic and financial education – students learn to think economically, assess the costs
and benefits of their decisions and to seek alternative solutions for various situations. Knowledge
of the financial environment and money management skills are essential to navigate today’s
complex economic systems.
n Life skills development – through interdisciplinary activities, students are encouraged to
develop a variety of skills and competences (self-assessment, interpersonal skills, creativity,
planning, teamwork, saving and responsible use of resources), as well as a positive attitude
towards themselves and others.
n Career guidance – students are helped to understand the importance of continuing their
studies and how they can discover their values and passions when choosing a future career.
n Responsibility and environment – contributes to the development of a set of attitudes
through which students become responsible consumers or future community leaders, focused
on sustainable initiatives designed in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
n Digital and STEM skills – includes activities that facilitate the development and practice of
students’ digital skills (online security, programming languages, Internet of Things) and the use
of artificial intelligence (AI), as well as an example-based definition of ethical behavior.
