The Junior Achievement Invest in Education Gala
brought together and awarded this school year’s
most important beneficiaries and supporters of JA
programs, projects and competitions
The JA Invest in Education Gala brought together at the Romanian Athenaeum
more than 600 participants from all categories of important stakeholders of the
organization, both from the academic and business world, school and university
students, alumni, teachers, representatives of companies and foundations, who
supported financially or through consultancy and mentoring the programs, projects
and competitions implemented.
At international level, Junior Achievement is one of the organizations that create
the greatest impact for the training of future generations of professionals, entre-
preneurs and leaders, while in Romania, with the support of the Ministry of Educa-
tion and the business community, we manage to reach more than 290,000 young
people and 5,000 teachers across the country with applied learning experiences.
During the event, more than 40 companies and corporate foundations were hon-
ored for their role as investors in education who enable us to develop and diversify
the free educational activities and tools we bring to schools, in the classroom or in
extracurricular activities and competitions.
