n Third place – the Planet Toys team from UNSTPB – University Center
Pitesti, coordinated by teacher Ancuta Mihaela Balteanu, transforms

School Students section
n Agribusiness Award & Investment Grant – offered by the Romanian-Amer-
ican Foundation to team Casuta cu Zumzete from the National College
of Agriculture and Economics, Tecuci, coordinated by teacher Carmen
Pisarciuc. The team developed an ecological space for the protection of pol-
linating insects.
n Best Financial Plan Award – offered by EY Romania to team Aromapet
from the Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti Technological High School, Valea
Calugareasca, coordinated by teacher Ioana Nicolescu. The team pro-
posed a business to create natural soaps and creams beneficial for both ani-
mals and their owners.
n Innovation Award – offered by Accenture to team SmartDrop from Nico-
lae Kretzulescu Economic College, Bucharest, coordinated by teacher
Steliana Maria Rujoiu. The team proposed an intelligent system for agricul-
ture, aimed at combating the effects of drought.
n Re-Power Your Future Award – offered by UniCredit Foundation to team
Ecolab from Alexandru Borza Technological Agricultural High School,
Geoagiu, coordinated by teacher Daniela Lal. The team developed educa-
tional activities and materials for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
n Social Entrepreneurship Award – offered by NN Group to team Ghid Job
from the Cai Ferate Unirea Technical College, Pascani, coordinated by
teacher Petronela Grigoroaea. The team proposed a business for the devel-
opment of important skills for people in rural areas.
n Sustainability Awards – offered by OMV Petrom to two teams of students:
