SKILLS FOR YOUTH AND RETAILERS
The European Skills4Retail initiative aims to improve the skills of retail employees
through training programs and digital resources designed to support both individual
development and organizational goals. In addition to the structured training sessions
scheduled for this fall, we are providing those who work in retail or are preparing for
a job in this field with a wide range of materials that can be used for both individual
learning and as part of organizational team learning.

JA ROMANIA FACTBOOK – 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR RESULTS
For Junior Achievement Romania, the 2024-2025 school year was marked by applied
learning activities and a positive impact on more than 300,000 young people through
50+ educational programs, projects, and competitions, carried out in 1,949 educational
institutions across the country.
