Entrepreneurial Skills Pass
The European Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP) is a unique European certification
available to high school students who have participated in the JA Antreprenor Junior
educational program. The ESP certifies students who have acquired the knowledge,
skills, and abilities to start their own business or pursue successful employment
through real entrepreneurial experience in a pilot company.
The certificate is recognized in 32 countries and is supported by leading compa-
nies, higher education institutions, and international organizations.
