The meeting with the Skills for Tech Jobs volunteer was very helpful and interesting, giving us
access to a real insight into the professional environment. Our discussions were very relevant and

The Financial Education lesson, part of the My Financial Mission project, taught by the volunteer
to 7th graders was an immensely valuable experience for our students. Through professionalism,
empathy and real-life examples, the volunteer managed to capture the children’s attention and pass
on useful information about responsible money management, decision-making and the importance
of planning for the future. The students were actively involved, asked questions and left more moti-
vated and aware of the role of their personal development.
