I really enjoyed this session from the project Your Professional Success because it helped me
clarify the profession I want to pursue in the future. I learned new things in a pleasant way – it was
a useful and relaxing experience at the same time.

Participating in EMPASS (the workshops and the examination components) was an experience that
helped me gain more confidence in myself and in my abilities. Until then, many of the skills I had
— such as communication, teamwork, and organization — seemed like “normal” things that I did
not truly notice or appreciate. Through the activities and exercises within the program, I began to
understand how important these skills are and how much they matter in a professional environment.
One thing I really appreciated was the transparency of the process: I was able to clearly see which
skills were being evaluated, why they are important, and how they can be developed. This helped me
better understand my strengths, as well as the areas where I can still improve.
