I really enjoyed this session from the project Your Professional Success because it helped me clarify the profession I want to pursue in the future. I learned new things in a pleasant way – it was a useful and relaxing experience at the same time. I liked the clear way in which the important elements of a CV for the IT field were explained, such as highlighting projects, technical skills, and practical experience. Until then, many of the skills I had — such as communication, teamwork, and organization — seemed like “normal” things that I did not truly notice or appreciate. Through the activities and exercises within the program, I began to understand how important these skills are and how much they matter in a professional environment. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency of the process: I was able to clearly see which skills were being evaluated, why they are important, and how they can be developed.
