Junior Achievement programs align with the school curriculum and can be used in the classroom as learning materials. Furthermore, their accessibility and constantly updated content make them truly valuable. I have been using JAR materials in the classroom for nearly 10 years, whether as an elective, as part of the Alternative School program, or during counseling and guidance sessions, and I have always received positive feedback about them. The ARRIVE project was interesting because I learned about consumer protection, the flow of goods and services, and the logistical aspects that underpin modern commerce. Teacher, Mihai Viteazu National High School, Ploiesti, Prahova The Building Jobs project, the meetings with young entrepreneurs, and their life experiences were extremely helpful. These are examples of best practices that the students admired and understood very well, such as how to present oneself in an interview and how to write a resume. These meet- ings with entrepreneurs are the most eloquent life lessons. We had no difficulty implementing the programs, and the experience with the JA team was wonderful. It develops critical thinking and practi- cal skills. It improves communication and presentation skills and helps them understand that team- work often yields better results than working alone. Life Changer – The Key to Success – Healthy Lifestyle was a project that students really loved and found very useful. They faced challenges related to what they learned in theory and what some of them do in practice. They understood the importance of healthy eating. Without JA programs, my students would not have access to free activities, so I will definitely implement them again in the next school year. The educational materials provided are exceptional and very well-re- searched, featuring a variety of modern elements (worksheets, games, experiments) that appeal to students. The students were very active and eager to use them. They learned to work as a team, to think entrepreneurially, and became much more confident. Alongside the students, the university students who were doing their practicum with us also got involved and shared their own experienc- es. I highly recommend it!
