Participation in JA programs had a positive impact on students, contributing to the development
of their entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, self-confidence, and financial responsibility. The practical
activities motivated them to become more engaged, more responsible, and more open to teamwork.
I observed an improvement in their communication skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abil-
ities, which are essential competencies for their professional and social integration. Applied learning
exercises also contributed to the development of financial literacy and a responsible attitude toward
money management.

I was extremely happy to host this activity in our school, as many of our students are passionate
about Minecraft. Today’s generation loves this game, and the fact that the “My Financial Mission”
version integrated concepts of financial education and mathematics made the experience even
more engaging for the students.

This Innovation Day experience was very valuable to me because it gave me the opportunity to better
understand how the ideas and projects we develop at school are applied in practice. I appreciated
