The Skills for the Future project has evolved steadily from one year to the next, with each edition
bringing significant improvements. The first two editions were a real success, as evidenced by both
the students’ interest and the practical impact of the activities. Based on the feedback received, the
project was expanded, the content became richer, and the team of volunteers included additional
roles to strengthen the practical component. I have great confidence in the creativity and potential of
high school students to carry this success forward, and I wish them much inspiration and excellent
results in this new edition.
Volunteer, Skills for the Future project
Participating in the AI for Youth program gave me the resources I needed to introduce advanced
technological concepts into the classroom in an accessible way. The mentoring we received helped
both me and my students understand that artificial intelligence is not just a theoretical subject, but
also a practical tool that can generate real solutions for our community.
Teacher, Nicolae Grigorescu National College, Campina
This project gave us a clear perspective on how artificial intelligence algorithms work and, more
importantly, taught us how to use them ethically and effectively. Developing our own project, from
idea to implementation, was an essential step in understanding the innovation process and how
technology can support entrepreneurial initiatives.

responsibility
and
environment
The experience with JA programs within the Eco-nomy for Your Community course was very
useful and motivating, offering students the opportunity to learn through practical and interactive
activities. Students became more engaged, more environmentally responsible, and more interested
in community initiatives. I noticed an increase in teamwork, creativity, and their willingness to par-
ticipate in projects with a positive impact on the community.
Teacher, Duiliu Zamfirescu Technological High School
As a result of participating in the Eco-nomy for Your Community course, I noticed that students
became more aware of the environmental issues around them and improved their budgeting skills
thanks to the financial education concepts they learned. Throughout the year, students kept journals
to plan their expenses and came up with new ideas as part of the school’s environmental patrol,
which contributed to increasing their sense of responsibility toward the environment and the com-
munity.
