Personal and Business Financial Literacy was a very interesting project. I’ve noticed that the stu- dents became more united, are more confident, and come up with new ideas every week because this project combines financial and entrepreneurial education with teamwork and solving real-world problems. Teacher, National College of Agriculture and Economics, Tecuci, Galati Based on my experience this year, I’d say my students were really excited to try new activities. They had the opportunity to develop new skills for thinking and acting in society. My students became much more aware of the need to manage their resources, to learn how to build a professional image, and to create a resume relevant to a future job application. As part of the Life Changer – The Key to Success – Entrepreneurship and Career project, it was fascinating for us to acquire new skills together on what it means to build a business, develop it, and turn all that work into a professional career. In my company, the goal is always excellence, and the teams’ work and dedication reflected that same spirit. I would encourage students not to miss out on these opportunities, and I am confident that this year’s JA BizzFactory™ Incubator participants will achieve great things! Mentor, JA BizzFactory Incubator Attending the mentoring session gave me the opportunity to discuss my team’s project with profes- sionals from the business field. The feedback we received was helpful in better understanding how to organize our ideas and what practical aspects we need to consider when developing a business initiative. Student, Politehnica Bucharest – Pitesti University Center Reflecting on today’s activity from the perspective of the topic we worked on, I believe it helped us realize the importance of green spaces in a city, and the fact that we all got involved and worked as a team made for an enjoyable experience. The most valuable and challenging aspect of this activity was practicing public speaking, which the mentors successfully helped us develop. I believe this Innovation Camp® can have a valuable impact on the local community, contributing to the city’s ecological and technological development.
