Over the years, I’ve seen how JA’s programs and projects have been diversified and improved. It’s great that you’re keeping pace with social and economic changes. The fact that the information is available both online and in print — and provided free of charge — is a huge help. The materials are well-structured and keep students engaged. This approach to learning — applied learning — is very well-suited for high school students, and the opportunity to compete with other students and reach the semifinals of the JA BizzFactory™ competition, or even the finals, motivates them to work on the Dreamshaper platform and develop viable business plans there. They improve their social, teamwork, and public speaking skills, and their self-confidence is greatly enhanced. The Agrischool Plus project is very beneficial for our students. We analyzed each case together with them and tried to see if it could be applied in our community. The quizzes are engaging and motivate them to participate actively and enthusiastically. The students have applied the knowledge they’ve gained in school, national, and regional competitions and contests (one example is the Ion Ionescu de la Brad competition). In my opinion, it is important to continue pursuing opportunities for non- formal education in order to offer our students the chance at a rewarding future. Teacher, Jacques M. Elias Technological High School, Sascut, Bacau Participation in JA programs has had a very positive impact on students, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and entrepreneurial thinking. We observed an increase in self-confidence and engagement in hands-on activities – important aspects given the students’ need for career guidance, personal development, and building confidence in their own abilities. The activity that the 7th-grade students enjoyed the most was the My Money program, particularly the role-playing game, which actively engaged them and helped them better understand concepts such as personal and family budgeting. I noticed that they applied the knowledge gained to extracurricular activities as well. For me, the most valuable elements of the JA programs are the interactive activities, the JA Learn digital platform, and the opportunities to participate in events and competitions. Teacher, Nicolae Grigorescu National High School, Campina, Prahova AI Building Blocks for Sustainability was one of the most interesting JA activities. I liked the fact that it combined concepts related to artificial intelligence with real-world challenges related to sustainability and environmental protection. Students had the opportunity to discover practical applications of emerging technologies and to develop critical thinking and creativity. The impact was evident in the participants’ increased interest in the digital field and in the innovative ideas they proposed to solve problems in their community. The JA programs were a very valuable experience because they transformed theoretical concepts into practical and engaging activities for the students. I have observed an increase in their interest in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and personal development, as well as greater confidence in their own ideas.
