The It’s My Business! JA program, part of the Entrepreneurship Education curriculum, gave students the opportunity to discover, in a practical and interactive way, what entrepreneurial initiative means and how an idea can be turned into a business plan. I liked that the activities fostered creativ- ity, collaboration, and critical thinking, and that students were actively involved in solving real-world scenarios. The impact on the students was very positive: they became more confident in their own ideas, developed their communication and teamwork skills, and gained a better understanding of the importance of responsibility and planning. The program helped foster an entrepreneurial spirit and increased motivation to learn through real-life experiences. I even noticed more active partic- ipation in both school and extracurricular activities. Participating in Junior Achievement Romania’s programs is a valuable educational experience for both the students and me. JA program was extremely interesting. Through this program, students developed a range of skills that are important for their future, such as self-confidence, initiative, teamwork, critical thinking, technology use, creativity, and career interest. For me, the most valuable aspects of the JA programs are the educational content based on applied learning and the JA Learn digital platform. I did not encounter any difficulties in working through the materials or implementing the programs in the classroom, and I intend to use the JA programs again in the coming school year. The project’s impact was reflected in increased motivation to learn and the development of skills useful both in school and in their personal and professional lives. The JA Learn digital platform, participation in events and competitions, the opportunity to collaborate with volunteers from the business community, and recognition through certificates are some of the most valuable elements of JA programs. Participation in JA programs has had a positive impact on both teaching activities and student development. I have noticed an increase in their interest in financial education, entrepreneurship, and the practical application of knowledge. They have become more engaged, more creative, and more confident in their ability to work in teams and find solutions to real-world problems. JA programs contribute significantly to building the skills needed for the future. They are very well structured and relevant to the development of students’ skills. It was a very enjoyable experience. I have been participating in JA programs for several years, because they offer an interactive and engaging approach that perfectly complements and deepens the content of the course I teach – entrepreneurship education.
