Our Journey Starts with a Step for Sustainability has taught us to choose a conscious lifestyle,
to recycle, to reuse, to plant, to take care of our planet. It may seem little, but every small gesture,
done consistently, can make a big difference. Just as we need nature, nature needs us, and respon-
sibility starts here, in our school, in our community, in our daily choices.

The Health Hour project was an interactive and information-packed experience for the children. The
students were very engaged, showed interest in the topics discussed, and were enthusiastic to take
part in the activities and express their opinions. I noticed how motivating and captivating they found
the discussions about healthy eating, hygiene and disease prevention. Through play and meaningful
discussions, students learnt how important it is to have a healthy lifestyle.
