The Solve for Tomorrow competition showed students, through design thinking and mentorship,
how to find real solutions to community problems. The platform was straightforward to use and the
support was quick. I noticed that students now have a more critical way of thinking, work better
together and are more interested in STEM. Presenting prototypes gave them confidence that they
can put their ideas into practice. I highly recommend this program to all fellow teachers.

Participating in Entrepreneurial University has had a clear impact on students. After the lectures
and webinars, many began to refine their business plans, seek specialized feedback and take part
in business competitions. The dialogue with their mentors from the business world, the case studies
and the practical exercises helped them gain a clearer understanding of the steps needed to launch
their own initiative. There is a greater interest in entrepreneurship as a career option and a more
responsible attitude towards professional projects.

The Entrepreneurial University program brought exactly the combination of practical content and
mentorship resources that my students needed: they worked on real case studies, tested their ideas
in the BizzFactory Incubator, then refined them for the GEN-E competition. I have noticed a clear
change in their attitude – they are much more confident in their business concepts, show initiative in
class and continue to develop their plans even after the end of the semester. As a teacher, I like the
clear structure of the JA materials; they turn entrepreneurial theory into a concrete and motivating
learning process with visible results in the classroom and beyond.

Taking part in the Junior Achievement Innovation Day – AGRISchool PLUS 2025 project was
a great experience both for the students and for me as a teacher. The activity boosted students’
creativity, critical thinking and team spirit, giving them a great opportunity to apply theoretical con-
cepts in real-life contexts. I am impressed by the innovative ideas they came up with and by their
enthusiasm for the future of agriculture.

I really enjoyed the Innovation Day – AGRISchool PLUS activity, because we were able to develop
our business idea, learnt how to talk in front of other people and, last but not least, had a committed
team. The most difficult part was when we had to go out in front of our colleagues and present our
work. This experience left a very good impression on me.

I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and team dynamics I saw during the Skills for Success
in Career and Business project. It was an intense experience, unlike any other school activity. We
learnt how to work together on a real idea and how to use artificial intelligence in a practical way.
