ECO-NOMY, THE PROJECT THROUGH WHICH JA ROMANIA AND RAIFFEISEN
BANK HIGHLIGHT HIGH SCHOOLS WITH THE MOST IMPACTFUL ENVIRONMENTAL
ACTIONS
During Green Week and on many other occasions, high schools across the country
are organizing activities that help develop students’ responsibility for environmental
resources and highlight their ability to become agents of change in their communities.
For the high schools with the most diverse, relevant and impactful activities, we are
launching, in partnership with Raiffeisen Bank, the second edition of the Eco-nomy
competition project.

HEALTH HOUR, THE PROJECT THROUGH WHICH REGINA MARIA AND JUNIOR
ACHIEVEMENT ROMANIA HELP STUDENTS CREATE BALANCED ROUTINES FROM
THE FIRST YEARS OF SCHOOL
More than 6,000 primary school students across the country are taking part this school
year in activities with the overall aims of prevention as a way of healthy development
and of encouraging concern and responsible behavior for well-being.
As part of these activities, students are encouraged to lead healthy lifestyles by
identifying the types of actions they can take, on their own or with their families, to
maintain personal and home hygiene, by evaluating healthy alternatives in terms of food
choices and ways to spend their free time away from the screens.
