CAREER PLANNING STARTS IN HIGH SCHOOL: 10,000 STUDENTS TOOK THEIR
FIRST STEPS TOWARD THEIR PROFESSIONAL FUTURE THROUGH THE KEY TO
CAREER SUCCESS EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
During the 2024-2025 school year, the Job Incubator™ program offered meaningful
career guidance opportunities to over 10,000 high school students across the country.
Of the total number of participants, 5,000 students received personalized support
as part of the Key to Career Success project, carried out in partnership with Societe
Generale Global Solution Centre Romania. The initiative marks the fourth consecutive
year of collaboration in support of the development of young people’s professional skills.

THE PODIUM ALONGSIDE THE OTHER WINNING TEAMS IN THE SCHOOL OF THE
FUTURE NETWORK COMPETITION
This year, Alexandru Ioan Cuza National College in Galati became one of the leaders
of the School of the Future Network for sharing best practices in guiding students to
discover the benefits and limitations of the digital world. Thanks to its active participation,
the College will expand its list of equipment with new tablets to improve the learning
experience of its students.
