The HP Life course brought a series of short, applied lessons into the classroom, guiding students
from forming a business idea to estimating resources, proper budgeting and presenting the project
in a professional manner. The content was well-structured, with realistic examples and team exer-
cises, so that the theory of entrepreneurship quickly turned into concrete and easy-to-follow steps.
I have noticed a clear rise in students’ confidence in their own abilities and an increased motivation
to develop their initiatives.

The Financial Education and Life and Career Strategy session delivered by the Life Changer volun-
teer was a valuable experience for the students. The information was clearly presented, interactive
and tailored to the young people’s level of understanding, while the atmosphere was friendly and
motivating. It all had a real contribution to the personal and professional development of our stu-
dents.

As someone who knows the topic in depth, the Life Changer volunteer succeeded in creating an
open environment in which students had the courage to ask relevant questions. I especially liked the
examples given and the practicality of the situations presented, which made the information much
easier to understand and relate to reality.

I really enjoyed taking part in the Innovation Camp! We were united as a team and felt at ease in
front of people and our audience, which had a fantastic educational impact. Most of all I liked our
teamwork; it was a wonderful opportunity to learn and develop together.

The Re-Value project Innovation Camp was a great experience for the students. Working together
with experts from Junior Achievement Romania and representatives from Constanta City Hall gave
young people a unique opportunity to contribute to urban development. The way they outlined and
presented their ideas in front of local authorities helped them enormously to refine their vision. This
is our second participation and each time we leave with new knowledge and the satisfaction of
having contributed to our community’s progress.
Teacher, Energy High School, Constanta
The Solve for Tomorrow sessions took me out of the theory zone: we worked on the Mural in
real-time, got quick answers to all the questions and left with clear steps for our prototype. The
atmosphere was relaxed, but focused on results – it was exactly the drive we needed to believe that
our idea can really come to life.
