JULY 14 JULY 16 CAREER PATHS START IN HIGH SCHOOL: OVER 10,000 STUDENTS ARE SHAPING THEIR PROFESSIONAL FUTURES WITH THE SUPPORT OF SOCIETE GENERALE GLOBAL SOLUTION CENTRE VOLUNTEERS During the 2025-2026 school year, these high school students from across the country took their first concrete steps toward their careers through the educational project “The Key to Career Success” (part of Job Incubator®). Through the program, high school students gained practical learning directly aligned with today’s job market demands. Interactive classroom sessions, hands-on activities, and digital resources on the JA Learn™ platform empowered participants to identify and shape career paths that match their skills, values, and personal aspirations. Partner: Societe Generale Global Solution Centre Romania THE CAVISENSE TEAM FROM THE “ALEXANDRU IOAN CUZA” THEORETICAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BUCHAREST TOOK SECOND PLACE IN THE GEN-E NATIONAL COMPETITION The CAVISENSE team (Alexandru Ioan Cuza Theoretical High School, Bucharest) and the WORKERGUARD team (Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava) took second place in the Gen-E national competition, in the “School Students” and “University Students” categories, respectively. The winning projects offer practical solutions to pressing real- world needs: team CaviSense developed non-invasive test strips that detect cavity- causing bacteria through a simple color change, while team WorkerGuard designed a smart vest that tracks workers’ biometric data to prevent industrial accidents.
