Delivered by Junior Achievement Romania in partnership with NN, the program blends experiential learning, dedicated mentorship, and practical vocational guidance. Rooted in the JA IPS methodology (Inspire, Prepare, Succeed), EOfA inspires youth through direct interactions with business leaders, prepares them through targeted employability and entrepreneurship workshops, and enables them to succeed by testing their skills through internships and startup idea incubation.
