865 students empower your future!™ 39 37 20 teachers schools localities Success Skills for Young People in Your Community 2.0career guidance The Success Skills for Young People in Your Community 2.0 project offers high school students the opportunity to acquire and develop skills inspired by the real life of their community. The activities are facilitated by volunteers from OMV Petrom who, through their professional experience and inspiring examples from their daily work, encourage and stimulate the enhancement of creativity, communication and teamwork. The project, structured in three parts (workshops Innovation Camp® for students, trainings for teachers and entrepreneurship and career guidance webinars for students – run with the involvement of OMV Petrom volunteers), helps students gain the confidence, the practical knowledge and the essential attributes they need to prepare for their future professions, offering participating teachers the opportunity to get acquainted with applied learning and project-based teaching methods.
